We
walk outdoor not everyday, but at least 3 times a week, about 35
minutes each walking.
Felt
fresh after walking, especially when we walked under the trees or
between plants and flowers.

In respect to immune system, it is associated with natural killer cells in the human immune system.
I never thought about how the trees benefit us when walking. Definitely another reason to get out there in nature! My husband and I went for a long nature walk along a river, under trees today. We must have inhaled a lot of phytocides. :)

Wow, this is interesting. I love the trees, especially the old ones. We have some trees around here that are over 100 years old. They provide shade when it's hot, and they provide shelter for the birds making their nests in the Spring. They are truly special. Thank you for this post.
