fact is quite surprising me that Cyber Monday was started long time
ago, 2005. I just know about it this week. Poor me.
I
remembered, my first online ordered was in 2007. I bought several
used books from Amazon if I am not mistaken.
I
think I just ordered online deal (Cyber Monday) few times during my
staying in the USA. I ordered laptop and few gadgets.
So,
what is different between “black Friday” and “Cyber Monday?”
I
think the typical black Friday are:

get in touch with items in the real stores

discount items are new
-
bigger items such as TV set, Furniture or gifts

ReplyDeleteIn Argentina we copied a bit of black friday and cyber monday but they are not real offers, so it ends up being a hoax and a false copy. It really makes me angry not to be able to enjoy this worldwide custom in my country! Kisses!!!

We are looking for computer parts online today. Our computers are homemade and we need some upgrades! I much prefer online shopping over crowded stores.

In Spain there are not real offers. I think the discounts are not really atractive.

Have you shopped on black Friday and Cyber Monday? What items did you buy?
We went Black Friday shopping this year for the first time and I was surprised that the stores were not that crowded. A lot of items were really discounted. My daughter purchased new LR furniture at a good discount. I usually do cyber Monday as I can do it on line, especially today as we are in a snow storm. Amazon has lots of goodies on sale if it is something you need. I get a lot of my craft supplies there now since all the local craft stores are gone.

I fight against consumerism, but find myself still sucked in from time to time. I did replace my laptop last summer when they had big cyber deals being offered.

Nigdy nie byłam w stanie pojąć ludzi kupujących dlatego ,że sprzedawca chce coś sprzedać . Staram się , pewnie czasem mi się nie udaje ale staram się kupować tylko wtedy gdy ja tego potrzebuję. Z obrzydzeniem odwracam się od promocji czegoś co jest mi niepotrzebne a jestem psychicznie przymuszana do kupna.
