ReplyDeleteBy coincidence I also have a little house like that on my blog ahahah !! In Portugal these houses don't pay tax and as the house tax went up a lot, many people are buying prefabricated houses.
Here in Portugal in the spring we have temperatures of 25ºCelcius to 30ºC but the forecast for the next days is 39ºC. In summer the temperature is around 35ºC but we have many days with 43ºC. Climate change is a fact, we have storms in the winter and this is a novelty and in 2017 in the summer we had a heat wave so great that the forest fires occurred in the whole country, died 110 people and many houses burned too, was the country in flames all over the place !!

The time to complete assembling is quite reasonable. Not long.
This is interesting as there was a time that Sears & Roebuck sold bungalows! In Savannah, there is a project of building a village of seventy-two tiny houses for homeless veterans.
